Shel: We're here!!! Nice trip up! Stopped at North Pole and almost got caught in a thunderstorm. Got to a campground which is not too impressive, will move tomorrow. When home we rely upon it getting dark and that we are tired to go to bed. Here, we are tired and there is no feedabck since it doesn't get dark!

Geni: We are in Alaska! WOW! Today seemed like a long day of driving. Maybe it was because we were finally reaching our destination. Rained off and on and it seems like it has been raining a lot the last few weeks. It rains for a while and then stops (like the tropics?!), and although it poured this evening, we are hoping it won't spoil our adventures. We are now 4 hours difference from the east coast. Each of us are functioning on a different time zone regarding eating and sleeping times!
