Shel: We left Westford about 1 on Saturday and traveled up to Canaan, VT where we met up with out travel companions Roland and Rachel. We got to Canaan to find the gas station closed and we had to go back to Colebrook to gas up. After their party we met with Roland's brother Richard and his wife Joan and Hasen and his wife Jeanine. We had a very pleasant conversation.

Sunday morning we met Hasen and Jeanine for a lovely breakfast - Thanks. We wound up gettin a late start so didn't pour on the miles today. Montreal had massive construction and there must have been a sign down as we left on the wrong road. So we took the long way from Montreal to Ottawa.

Geni: Montreal was a mess. Massive construction throughout the whole city. Bridges and roads in various stages of construction. Looks like it would take many years to complete. But we got through it with some minor detours and mistakes. Sleeping at Walmart. . .just like old times, except now we have company!

Rachel: We are now having dinner with some great friends and we than played Banana Grams. Had a long day so Roland will probably say his pillow is calling early. Tomorrow we will be going to Sault Sainte Marie which will be a long day. So good night and sweet dreams.
