Sheldon and Geni's 2018 Trip to Alaska
Today is: June 21
We woke up in: Bemidji   We're going to sleep in: Sleeping in: Wolf Point MT

Shel: Busy day, but not picture wise. We went 529 miles today, long day. Roland led today - he didn't get us lost. I came real close to running out of gas - wound up putting 29.1 gallons into a 31 gallon tank and when you're only getting aound 8MPG, that's very close to walking. It seems my truck really likes flat land with the cruise control set to 70! Campgrounds are few and far between in this, the flat part of Montana.

Tomorrow we will be at Glacier Naional Park.

Geni: Lots of work being done on the roads throughout countryside. Every state seems very busy digging and repairing - lots of construction workers. Also, we will never run out of land in America - we drove through three states with lots of flat, grassy uninhabited land. We went through two time zones, so it is 11:19 PM EST, but 9:19 here and it is just turning to dusk. Bed time!
