Shel: A sort day, only 241 miles, but some very healthy hills to climb - 7% and 8% grades. We had a great tail wind so the mileage was great, good thing because when we got into Banff, I had been on empty with the low fuel light on for a couple of miles. Entering the park on route 93 puts you through these amazing cuts and then one hell of a hill to climb. BTW - it looks like we are 58% of the way to Fairbanks.

Rachel: Today we had a short day, 241 miles, but it was a beautiful ride through the Banff National Park. We went to town for dinner and walked through town.
