| Today is: | February 2 | ||
| We woke up in: | Lazaro Cardenas BC | We went to sleep in: | Catavina |
| Chris calls this place nowhere and I think he is right. We camped in a circle in a field and had a fire in the center. We ventured down the road to a cave with paintings which were carbon dated as being very old. It's neat, there are a lot of cactus Roads are so bumpy and sandy. Lots of cactus and plants called boojum (cactus but like thin branches and boulders. Ate at a ranch near by, enchiladas, tacos and beans and rice served by local family who lived in nearby ranch. Campfire at night under a big open sky. |
