Shel: Wandered into the city for brunch, great biscuit place. Then to a haircut. Took a hop on - hop off trolley tour of the city, did a little shopping. Bought 4 new tires for the camper. Went back into the city for dinner. Not much in the way of pictures for today.

Geni: Had a really nice breakfast at Biscuit Head In Asheville this morning, which was right next to a barber shop. Hmm, someone needed a haircut. Was it just a coincidence. Nice cut. Went on a trolley tour of Ashville which was nice to see all the different areas and then get some history. People came to Asheville originally as a place to recover from tuberculosis and they were advised to sleep outside on the porches. He talked about some famous people who lived there -- Thomas Wolfe (author), Zelda Fitzgerald and Biltmores. After we got the tires, we went back to Asheville and had a great dinner and walked around the downtown area. Went into an old F.W. Woolworth 5 & 10 which is now an art gallery. They still had their original, old time lunch counter intact. Drummers gather in a local park every Friday, so we got to listen to them for a while.
