Sheldon and Geni's 2010 Camping Trip
Today is: October 17
We are in: We are staying st the High Desert RV Pahk in Albuquerque

We started the day off by going into Santa Fe and taking a walking tour of the downtown area. Then of course we did some shopping. We then toured the Gerogia O'Keefe museum.

Then we decided to up and move our camp from Santa Fe to Albuquerque. Got a nice inexpensive site about 10 miles outside of Albuquerque, it even has cell service. Went off to find some more Mexican food.

Geni: The walking tour was very interesting. We took pics along the way, but I don't know if we remember the facts behind each photo! He told us the history of Santa Fe, which was very interesting. Santa Fe is one of the oldest cities (in the U.S.) and that at one time Arizona was supposed to be part of the state of New Mexico. Santa Fe buildings were originally adobe, with wood and brick added by new settlers to the area.

Wood trim/porch was not original, added by Americans
