Shel: Another great day, met up with Dan and Michelle for Breakfast, a quick tour of SLC and then up to Snow Basin for Octoberfest! Took the tram up to the top of the mountain - view was spectacular and I can't believe that people ski down from the top.

Geni: So nice of Dan and Michelle to bring us up to Snow Basin where they were having an Octoberfest which lasts from now until mid-october! Took a tram ride up to 11,000 feet. Overcast skies, but that didn't dampen the day. There are so many places in this area for skiing, mountain biking and hiking. We took a drive by of Salt Lake City on our way to the mountains. All the buildings had beautiful rooms to see, but we didn't want to spend time touring them.
